Confidential projects
Only you and the people you invite can see a project. It is not an interface rule: the check happens directly in the database, which verifies on every request who you are and what you are allowed to see.
The Riprea team does not read the content of your projects. We only step in at a technical level: for support, when you ask us, or to fix a problem with the service.
Your script is not sent anywhere to be analysed
When you upload the PDF, scenes and characters are recognised by your browser, on your computer. The script is not sent to any external analysis service.
Collaborators, with the permissions you choose
Each invited person only sees the modules you assign, at the level you choose: read only, status only or full editing. You can change permissions or remove access at any time, with immediate effect.
When you share a call sheet with a link, the PDF stays in a private space: the link expires after 30 days and the file is deleted.
No ads, no data sold
Riprea shows no advertising and does not sell or hand over your data to anyone. We use no tracking or profiling tools. We take care of your data and protect it.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because we use no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies, the kind that need your consent. Only the strictly necessary technical ones remain: they keep you logged in, protect the site from attacks and are used by Stripe when you pay for a subscription.
It is a choice: fewer external tools means fewer eyes on your data.
A site protected by Cloudflare
Riprea runs on Cloudflare, one of the most widely used networks in the world for security and reliability: it protects against attacks and malicious traffic, and a bot check stops automated sign-ups and logins.
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are never stored in plain text.
Data in Europe
Scripts, documents and your project files are stored on servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt, with Supabase, which keeps them only on our behalf under a GDPR-compliant contract.
Your data, under your control
You can download your documents as PDF, Excel and Word whenever you want. If you close your account you have 30 days to change your mind; after that, user, projects and images are deleted completely.
